Heart to Heart

Lead by Barbara Newman, 879-1469, and Louise Ryan

“Heart to Heart” is an inductive Bible study on connecting more deeply to God through prayer. Inspired by two different scriptures, the goal of the study is to learn from God how to pray and to listen to God. Verses: “Lord, teach us to pray” (Luke 11:1) and “Speak, Lord for your servant is listening” (1 Samuel 3:9-11).The study is open to all women. Each lesson will stand alone so feel free to join us any time. No workbook is required. Bring your Bible (one will be provided if you don’t have one) and a notebook. All participants are encouraged to participate and ask a lot of questions! You will receive weekly emails of suggested scriptures to read before class if you desire. Biblical prayers in the Old and New Testament will be explored. Join us as we grow together.
